Shipping Policy
At BuyPokemonCards, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
We carefully package all Pokémon cards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition
Sealed products must remain unopened
Proof of purchase is required
Please note that due to the collectible nature of trading cards, opened or tampered items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
Return Process
To start a return, contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was incorrect or defective.
